*Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition as they were received

  1. Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original data.
  2. Refunds will not be processed if the request is received beyond the said period.
  3. Refunds will be processed after checking the material within 1-2 days from the receipt of the request by email.

All products must be returned with reasonable care having been taken. If you are returning software, you must also include Login Details.
