Return Policy

Introduction 

This Return Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which CenCuSer ("the Company") will accept return requests for services provided through http://cencuser.com ("the Website"). By using the Website or availing of any services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Scope of Returns 

CenCuSer will consider return requests only in the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong Data: The service contains incorrect data that has not been rectified despite reasonable time and notice provided to CenCuSer.
  2. Missing Data: Essential data is missing from the service and has not been provided despite reasonable time and notice given to CenCuSer.

Return requests must meet the criteria set forth in this Policy. Failure to comply with the requirements may result in denial of the return request.

Evaluation and Decision 

Upon receipt of a valid return request, CenCuSer will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of the request within two (2) business days.
  2. Review and verify the claim within a reasonable time.
  3. Notify the claimant of the outcome via email.

Criteria for Acceptance

  1. The return request must be based on one of the reasons outlined in this Policy.
  2. Sufficient evidence supporting the claim (e.g., screenshots, correspondence) must be provided.
  3. CenCuSer must have been given reasonable notice and time to correct the issue before the return request is submitted.

Refunds 

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made via the original payment method or another method mutually agreed upon by CenCuSer and the claimant.

Exclusions and Limitations

  1. CenCuSer is not liable for data inaccuracies or omissions resulting from third-party integrations or external data sources.
  2. Claims arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow usage guidelines provided by CenCuSer will not be entertained.
  3. CenCuSer is not responsible for any delays or interruptions in service caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.

 

Legal Protections

  1. CenCuSer’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided. CenCuSer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from errors, omissions, or delays in providing the service.
  2. CenCuSer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.
  3. Any claims or disputes must be initiated within six (6) months from the date the service was provided, failing which the claim will be deemed waived.

General Conditions

  1. CenCuSer reserves the right to deny any return request if it does not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy.
  2. CenCuSer reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.
  3. By submitting a return request, the claimant agrees to the terms of this Policy.
  4. Any abusive or fraudulent use of this Policy may result in denial of the return request and potential legal action.

Disclaimers

  1. This Policy is intended to provide clarity and does not waive any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
  2. Any disputes arising out of this Policy will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in NCT of Delhi.
