Welcome to CenCuSer E-Library!

These Terms and Conditions as given below govern your access and use of the CenCuSer E-Library website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Products"). By accessing or using the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Products.

Eligibility

Access to the Products is currently limited to subscribers of CenCuSer, including GST Law Times, Excise Law Times, or GST-ExCus. CenCuSer reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria at any time.

Modifications to the Products

CenCuSer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Products (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also make changes to the content, products, and services offered on the Products.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Products lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Download or store content from the Products in a systematic manner.
• Reproduce, transmit, or disseminate content from the Products without written permission from CenCuSer.
• Use the Products for any unlawful purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CenCuSer from and against any claims or damages arising from your violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Products is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the Products without CenCuSer written permission. Any actions otherwise will be liable to a lawsuit.

Limitation of Liability

CenCuSer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Products. Our maximum liability is limited to a refund of your subscription fee for the remaining subscription period.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Delhi, India.
